"was" an american painter[edit]

The artcle says: Matt Lamb (born 7 April 1932) was an American painter. But afaik he hasn't died and still paints, so shouldn't it say that he "is" an American painter? Igiarmpr (talk) 23:13, 17 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
