dates[edit]

I removed "d. 1654" from the first sentence of this article, since that made no sense: most of Stevenson's known works were written after that date. As far as I know his true dates are unknown; given that he was publishing from the 1650s through the 1680s he was probably born in the 1620s, roughly, and I believe there is no record after 1685 so that's a reasonable guess at a date of death. 140.247.12.68 (talk) 14:23, 18 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
