Multiple Point of View issues with article and length[edit]

Please forgive me not having the correct Wikipedia terminology, but this is article is obviously not written in the required neutral informative style that Wikipedia expects.

It is firstly far too long considering the rather limited notability of the composer (however good!) and the style seems like an essay or original research in places (wg, "Since 1993, Mauricio Sotelo has written a great number of pieces in which the Flamenco gets a strong presence. But why? / We shall propose two answers.") etc.

What do better informed wilipedians think?
