Untitled[edit]

Maury Kaye was an extremely influential musician during his lifetime. It would be great if some of the people who knew him would take the initiative and edit his page. He was a personal friend of mine and had a profound influence on me during the latter years of his life. In his latter years Maury was active on the Montreal scene and continued to perform and to compose, but his lungs deteriorated. He ended up with an O2 tank until he was admitted to a nursing home in the Laurentians, where his condition deteriorated. He suffered from talc deposits in the lungs, a condition caused by his earlier IV drug use. --Ksteveh (talk) 16:59, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
