Lugnuts has repeatedly censored this without a word of explanation. It may need editing, but what reason is there of deleting it all?? And how can anyone do this without any justification?

"The idea for the film is the French poem "Mazeppa" written by Victor Hugo in 1829. Bartabas plays the role of Franconi, and the cast is completed by Miguel Bosé, a Panamean actor who plays Gericault, Brigitte Marty, Eva Schakmundes, Fatima Aibout and Bakary Sangaré.

Based loosely on several facts in the life of Géricault. He is a painter who met the famous equestrian Francony, the director of the Olympic Circus. Gericault decides to stay and live with the circus. Thanks to Francony, Gericault paints only horses and tries to understand the mystery of this animal. Mazeppa embodies a man carried away by his passion."
