Fair use rationale for Image:Mnc.jpg

Image:Mnc.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Merge Global TV (Indonesia)

Global TV (Indonesia) is a wholely own subsidary of MNC both articles have the same MNC sourcing, as a subsidary Global TV (Indonesia) should be a section in this article rather than a standalone aticle given that there are no indepenedent WP:RS sources for either article. Don't Merge Global TV (Indonesia)

Global TV (Indonesia) is the good stand alone article. It has the long time sister channel of RCTI and MNC have a 100% stake on Global TV and also 100% stake on RCTI. So, please font merge Global TV (Indonesia) to Media Nusantara Citra article. Terima Kasih. James James, 12:50, 20 March 2010 (UTC).

To my opinion the last sentence The CEO of CT Corp, Chairul Tanjung will be buy all members of MNC Group after Jokowi imprison Hary Tanoesoedibjo based on "Kutagih Janjimu" advertisement which has been criticized by KPI is not neutral nor does it reflect correctly the source given. Please remove the MNC News section

Per my discussion on Talk:MNC News, please remove the MNC News section and change the redirect target of MNC News from Media Nusantara Citra to MNC Vision because of this reason:

1. MNC News is not directly owned by Media Nusantara Citra, but owned by MNC Vision Network;
2. MNC News is one of MNC Vision channels; and
3. Unlike BBC News, MNC News is not an news department of MNC.
