Updates to Station List[edit]

I took a stab at updating this list based on what can actually be heard in the city. It's based on experience and not on any printed source material. A couple of additional Biloxi stations could be added based on their signal strength (if not their acual market presence), namely WMJY and WKNN. You could say the same for WWL/New Orleans. I tried to get rid of anything that couldn't be heard while listening in the middle of the city (goodbye Monroeville and Lucedale stations) while incorporating the relevant stations from Pensacola and Biloxi. From Biloxi, I included WMAH because it's a solid NPR station and until recently, Mobile's WHIL offered very little NPR programming. I also included WBUV, in part because it used to be operated as a Mobile station. It is necessarily subjective to determine what goes on a list like this -- even printed sources we may cite would also be subjective. Someone else may have a better idea...
