Divorce?

Someone added that she's already filed for divorce. I found a "rumour has it" article that suggested they might already be thinking of getting divorced,[1] but without stronger sourcing we need to avoid adding such rumours, per WP:BLP. Fences&Windows 21:55, 27 August 2009 (UTC)

DOB vandalism

Why are IP users so keen to keep changing her birthday to random years? What gives? Fences and windows (talk) 03:40, 24 March 2009 (UTC)

OK, there are no reliable sources for her year of birth. I've removed it - only put a year of birth in if you have a reliable source, i.e. not one quoting one of the iterations of this page! Fences and windows (talk) 22:26, 2 May 2009 (UTC)

No birth year is going in until someone presents a source. I got tired of the perpetual edit warring, from 73 to 74 to 76 to 78 etc., and tried to find a source. But her birth year is not known. We can make some guesses, as she's said that she was 4 when she first appeared in a film, which would make her year of birth probably '77 as it came out in '82, but this is guestimation, and we work using facts. Popular opinion in the blogosphere seems to be that she is 33, which would put her birthday as '75, making her 16 when she appeared in her first heroine role. Plausible. Fences&Windows 22:09, 27 August 2009 (UTC)

Orphaned references in Meena Durairaj

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Meena Durairaj's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Is Meena's date of birth (1981) correct?

Yejamaan was released in 1993 which means shooting would have happened as early in 1992. This would mean she played an adult role at the age of 11!

No, Meena's date of birth is 16th september 1978 she became child artist in 1982, at the age of 3 or 4 and became heroine in 1990 at the age of 12 while she was studying 8th std after that she quit her studies with 8th std and concentrated in her flim career and then she undergone to private coaching and completed 10th std and now she finished MA history through distant education. LOL, she was acting adult heroine roles when I was a small kid. Take a look at this 1991 film [2] and tell me if she looks 12 years old (as she would be if she was born in September 1978.) She must be pushing 40 now.Little Professor (talk) 03:30, 2 May 2009 (UTC)
