Notes[edit]

Hi, I have some notes:

  • We can only summarize what has been explicitly stated in source material. So as such, if something isn't stated in the source material, we cannot have it in the article. It's important to avoid original research, which would be claims, theories, interpretations, or opinions based on our own view of the material. If pulling anything subjective or similar from a source, make sure that you attribute it to the person making the claim.
  • All of the claims need to be backed up with a reliable source that explicitly states the claim - there are many parts of the draft that aren't backed up with a source, which poses original research issues.
  • Try to be succinct - for example, the lead seems to repeat information that could be summarized in fewer lines.

I'll leave some notes in the article in bold as well. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 21:22, 15 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Feedback from New Page Review process[edit]

I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Thank you for your new article on "Men Own the Fields, Women Own the Crops". Note that it is currently an "Orphan" meaning that no other Wikipedia articles link TO it. This makes the article tough to find for interested readers. See WP:DE-ORPHAN for pointers..
