Software[edit]

The article is a bit lean IMO, but this is a side issue. I think it may be useful to add software relevant to metabolic flux analysis in this regard. I don't have any real experience on this topic, so I just casually drop it; perhaps someone may want to add a few select examples + links to source code and paper for software in use for metabolic flux analysis.
