Seems to satisfy WP:Notability - the foundation was mentioned in a report by FOX news and in some other places (references are now included). However, oligarch Michael Cherney (Михаил Черный) has a really bad reputation in Russia [1].Biophys 14:42, 6 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
