Battle of the Marne[edit]

The section about the Battle of the Marne is just the repeation of an old "myth". The battle was decided by malconordination of the three German armies of the right-wing and not but by that taxi story. See e. g.: Haffner, S.: Generale Die Anatomie der Marneschlacht; 1977.

Agreed, and much of what was written about the Army of Lorraine was wrong as well. Have completely rewritten article.Paulturtle (talk) 02:41, 2 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
