Micromeritics does not equal micrometrics as described in the origin of the term. Do we need an explanation for the use of the term in the name of the company Nick refers to?

I added 10 links to other pages and removed the orphan tab.

More internal references are needed to remove the cleanup tag.

Are there enough references to remove the notability tag? A google book search yields 866 hits for the term micromeritics. Does that make it notable? ([1])

Micromeritics -micrometrics? Synonyms? Differences?[edit]

"The broad field of micromeritics is very important to the characterization of solid-state materials. Micromeritics is a collective term for the various techniques, methods, and fields of study used to characterize the surface of a solid. " - that is a different definition, although the scale is the same. i.e. micromeritics is the the study of things at the micrometer scale including the study of the surface of larger objects.
