The Features section could be written so that it is not relative to previous versions. Avoid terms such as "more" and "easier". Reword the opening sentence so that it is version agnostic, or provide the version as a reference. E.g, The following features are supported as of version X.Y... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.213.104.222 (talk) 20:28, 15 August 2011 (UTC)

Re: biased POV complaint

No this is not an advertisement, this is a proprietary product referenced to the maker's website, e.g. a Ford or Toyota automobile referenced to their company websites. The validity of the data is no less than biography versus autobiography in wikipedia articles of famous persons. Actually, I came to the wikipedia page because I needed a quick overview of the software and not the sales oriented PDF and Flash garbage on the manufacturers website and this article accomplishes that. If only Open Source Software bias was patrolled for. Shjacks45 (talk) 21:33, 27 August 2011 (UTC)

why is this article flagged and how can i weigh in to say i dont agree?

I read this article and honestly i have lost faith in wikipedia as a valid, trusted source of information. I dont read this as an advertisement. I dont see the "weasel" words. Can someone please tell me why this article is flagged as i just dont get or agree with the feedback. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.253.6.83 (talk) 10:19, 8 October 2011 (UTC)

WikiPedia is being used

Come on, how is this biased or using so-called weasle words? Who is making that determination? Clearly, a competitor of Microsoft with intimate knowledge of how to scam wikipedia has manipulated this rating. Too bad, Wikipedia is supposed to be unbiased. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.173.80.124 (talk) 18:28, 16 January 2012 (UTC)

Wiki scamming?

The following was placed within the page to discredit the product and company:

{{Multiple issues |advert=September 2009 |weasel =May 2010}}

this caused the offensive ratings to display. There were no citations or anything...Get with it Wiki — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.173.80.124 (talk) 18:32, 16 January 2012 (UTC)

What is it?

It is very hard to figure out from this article, what Microsoft Dynamics CRM really is. There is so much text about versioning, licensing and integration with other products, but hardly anything about Dynamics itself. The most is in the word CMS, but because it is in the name, this is no additional information. Well, then there is the feature list. It basically contains enhancements like "Multi Currency" and "Multi Lingual", again giving few information about Dynamcs itself. So what is it? Does one program it? Does Microsoft do the programming instead? Where is the difference to other products from Microsoft like .NET or Sharepoint? Where is the difference to SAP and other ERP solutions? Who uses it? Which prior knowledge and skills are necessary to run it. When do you need it? Keep in mind that people who consult the Wikipedia may not know anything about the product itself or any related technologies. 91.114.252.88 (talk) 11:59, 9 June 2012 (UTC)
