It would be nice to add an EM or confocal picture of this subcellular structure. For example http://www.molbiolcell.org/content/19/10/F1.medium.gif

Legend: During cytokinesis the mitotic kinase Aurora B (green) localizes to the midbody and phosphorylates mitotic substrates. The midbody is formed between the two daughter cells (DNA stained in blue) after mitotic replication and pinches the dividing cells apart. Aurora B colocalizes with the enzyme O-GlcNAc transferase (red). O-GlcNAc transferase catalyzes the addition of N-acetylglucosamine to serine and threonine on proteins. Aurora B and O-GlcNAc transferase interact to control the posttranslational state of midbody proteins. (Image: Chad Slawson, The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine).
