Notability[edit]

Not really sure why the notability of this band is in question, since I hear their song "Animal" on the radio with some frequency, but here's an article from the San Francisco Chronicle that says their "leftfield track 'Animal' could be the best song of the summer": [1] Gordon P. Pronunciation[edit]

How is Miike Snow pronounced? Can someone put in the IPA for it? Is it like "Mike" the boy's nickname or like "Miike" in Takashi Miike? --173.3.76.145 (talk) 18:47, 15 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It's pronounced Mike like the boy's name, I added the IPA and a reference for the pronunciation (interview w/ the band), if someone wants to fix the references so there's only one link instead of two that'd be nice... jasker (talk) 17:10, 25 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Why does it say "Pronounced 'My ike Snow'"??? The source that is cited (an interview with the musicians) states that it is pronounced "Mike Snow" i.e. like the boy's name. This needs to be changed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.177.34.29 (talk) 18:13, 22 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

New Single[edit]

Their new single Devil's work probably needs to be added to the table - I don't know the syntax. http://www.rollingstone.com/music/news/exclusive-stream-miike-snow-return-with-devils-work-20111206 --77.170.132.189 (talk) 10:37, 14 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Should the notion that the band uses a Jackalope as the logo be added to the article? They seem to use it as a sort of trademark. 83.83.2.242 (talk) 20:07, 12 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Statement about the origin of the bands name[edit]

The statement at the end of the "Early life" section which states where the band got its name is based on speculation, not fact. Should be verified and cited and if need be, corrected. Crawf279 (talk) 16:22, 3 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Song Usage in Video games[edit]

the song "Animal" was used as apart of the soundtrack for the game Saints Row: The Third.[1] — Preceding unsigned comment added by 73.195.60.15 (talk) 04:44, 22 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
