Requested move 5 May 2021[edit]

The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review after discussing it on the closer's talk page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.

The result of the move request was: moved. PRIMARYTOPIC is a bit tougher for these articles, where every subject gets very few pageviews; the previous holder of the base title did happen to get quite a few more average views than his compatriots, but all averaged single-digit daily pageviews, and ultimately no argument could be made that a primary topic exists for this common name. The discussion was quite well-attended, and there's little chance putting it through for another week would have affected the outcome. – The five-sentence stub for the retired soccer player is not the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. — Roman Spinner (talkcontribs) 00:45, 5 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
