...is being violated with these potentially libellious comments that are going uncited. I have run through the controversies section citing everything that needs to be addressed, mainly references and attribution, "many have said" sounds like WP:OR and the authors own opinion to me. I stripped it back to what is actually in the citation. The previous revision is this one if anyone wants to find sources for the statements I removed. --Cherry blossom tree 11:03, 27 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

greatest all-rounders[edit]

My impression is that very often there are comparisons of the greatest all rounders - especially those of the Hadlee/Imran Khan/Kapil Dev/Clive Rice era and that usually Mike Procter is not included. Why would this be ? He may be slightly earlier but not enough to make a comparison impossible. He was only born 3 years earlier than the late, great Clive Rice and his career overlapped with some of those other great all-rounders. Poor article[edit]

Sad to hear that this great cricketer has died. I cannot use Twinkle on tablet away from homebase but I would like to tag the article for necessary cleanup as it is poor quality and needs some serious copy editing. Batagur baska (talk) 23:33, 17 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
