Edition numbers[edit]

Normally, we use Roman Numerals for the respective Games Editions of a multi-sport event. See Olympic Games, Paralympic Games, Special Olympics, and even the defunct Women's Islamic Games for precedent here on Wikipedia. The Mysterious El Willstro (talk) 22:52, 5 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Great idea![edit]

What a great idea! Let the world's military forces compete at sports rather than trying to kill each other. They can still be tough, strive to establish their superiority, and so on. The money saved on reduced hardware can be used to feed, clothe, shelter and educate people in need—whom the military were trying to protect anyway, right? Protection from poverty and ignorance seems pretty legit, too. Anyway, I think the whole idea's swell. – AndyFielding (talk) 11:33, 30 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
