we are 29 officers of Pakistan steel mill who have posted at Pakistan steel Fabricating company in the year-2000 when they were submitted their joining at PSFCL which is a 100% subsidiary of PSM on same day they had terminated from their service without posting on 2.2.2000 they have approched with Federal service tribunal at last they have reinstated in service and again posted at PSFCL.where their monitory benefits were effected equal to another PSM employees.In this respect a chain of appeals were made to chairman and appellant authority but no responded them. we are all employees are citizen of Pakistan they have not given the following monetary benefits.

 Pay Scale -2000 not given 
 Pay scale -2005 given on smaller side
 All adhocs not given equal to PSM employees 
 Pay Scale-2007 Not given with effective date
 Pay Scale-2009 given but one adhoc still not given
 Pay scale-2011 not still allowed 
 However other employees given all monetory benefits but they have not given due to this transfer punishment they have received a lot of losses.Pakistan steel Management said that this unit is a separate entity if we have called separate entity at last we request to MOP/appellant authority deal us separate all communication may be made separately for us.
