I added in additional information from multiple interviews with Mirna and her website. I also edited language because in interviews (including Nat Geo) Valerio stated she prefers the term fat and overweight/obese are unpleasant and clinical. A photo was added as her appearance has been central to much of her experience. And additional accomplishments section was included because her writing and advocacy are a large part of her career that was not yet mentioned.
