Vera, This is a great start! I would love more information on how long it ran or how many contests it has held or notable winners or participants. Can you link to the Evergreen Theater wiki page? The historical marker might be a good section on its own. Can you access the application for the historical marker? It might have more information. Should you put this in context with the Miss Gay Pageant which was started in Nashville two years later?

There are a few copy edit issue and you can add a photo of the evergreen historical marker that you can take yourself. Also the sources aren't quite formatted correctly.
