In the third sentence of the opening para, you need to mention that NTR and Savitri starred in the lead roles to differentiate them from the supporting ones.
"The Tamil soundtrack, released a month later by HMV, was also successful." Successful in what sense?
There is a sort of repetition in the opening line of 'development' section. Try rephrasing it.
Is the Rama Rao quote really necessary? I don't think it adds anything to the article.
Wikilink publisher in ref 6 to maintain consistency.
