Update[edit]

There seems to be no reliable information about the current status of this organisation, most of the article seems to be forward looking and appears now out of date. It needs somebody who knows about this to update it or we should consider deleting it. Sargdub (talk) 22:11, 7 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
