I just want to flag the fact that some quite large portions of this article are verbatim copies of Sun, Jun-Zhao and; Jaakko Sauvola (2002). "Mobility and mobility management: a conceptual framework" in Proc. 10th IEEE International Conference on Networks. The paper doesn't appear to be copyright, so it might not be an issue.

It needs a rewrite anyway, so maybe it'll sort itself out?

Hi. I can see you have tagged the page for confusion, in need of an expert, and now flagging potential copyvio. I'm definitely no expert, but I got the idea of creating the page from an AfD discussion Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Pursue mobility model, because the lack of this page (puzzlingly) was an argument for deleting another page. Perhaps the two of us could collaborate to improve the article. I can see you have already spent some time reading one of the references and familiarising yourself with the subject matter. If you start with identifying what sections you find confusing, and please be specific what confuses you, I think that could be a good starting point for an improvement discussion. I'm afraid it wont sort itself out in the immediate future, there doesnt seem to be too many specialist editors around, so we could just as well get going, be creative, and make some improvments to the better.
