Citation format[edit]

With the ration of citation length to article text beign so high here, i would like to urge the use of List-defined references. I find that they avoid clutter in the article text, and make editing easier. But since this articel was started by another editor, I won't make that change without discussion. Martin/Waters quote[edit]
