Disc 2[edit]

Does anyone know specifically where/what recording sessions the tracks on the second disc come from? I know Look Alive and punch Drunk were Japanese Light Grenades tracks from '06, and Monuments and Melodies was a Crow B-side. I've been told Anything is a leftover track from Morning View, but I'm not sure if that is accurate. And although Neither of Us Can See and Admiration were both from the '05 Stealth soundtrack, I think this version of Neither is not the original. As for the rest, I'm stumped.
