Honestly not sure. But if this is Davies's Instagram account I think that would supersede other sources as per MOS:GENDERID - this would be Davies's latest expressed gender self-identification. Add: "The movie in which 7-year-old Morgan Davies starred was 2010’s "The Tree" which was chosen as the closing film for the Cannes Film Festival. For the same movie, he was nominated for two AACTA (earlier known as AFI) awards."

 Not done: By my reading of MOS:GENDERID, the first edit here would not conform with: "If a living transgender or non-binary person was not notable under a former name (a deadname), it should not be included in any page [...] even if reliable sourcing exists." There is no reliable sourcing here to support the notion that Davies was notable under his birth name. Additionally, even when sourcing is provided to support notability, the phrasing "was born a girl" is not neutral and should be avoided.
For the second edit, adding this would be a direct copyright violation as plagiarism of the included source.

In 2023 he rose to international stardom with the Netflix Live-Action series and adaptation of Eiichiro Oda's manga of the same name One Piece, in which he plays the character of Koby. The fact that a trans actor was chosen for said role generated discussion within the fandom after the first season was released, but in general terms, the reception by viewers and critics was positive and the series was also applauded by its inclusive casting and for having trans representation among its ranks.
