  • What I think should be changed (include citations):

Ia. Where it says, "Students take a core of liberal arts courses as a foundation for areas of study including English, fine arts, history, mathematics, multicultural studies, natural science, philosophy, religious studies, social science and speech/drama." According to the curriculum (1) speech nor drama is offered, religious studies has also been changed in the catalogue to "theology" (2).

IIa. Where it says, "The university offers more than 40 undergraduate programs and seven graduate programs, a number of which are available online." According to the graduate program directory (3) there are nine graduate programs instead of seven.

IIIa. Where it lists athletics, "Men's sports include baseball, basketball, bowling, cross country, golf, soccer, track & field (indoor and outdoor) and volleyball; while women's sports include basketball, bowling, cross country, golf, soccer, softball, track & field (indoor and outdoor) and volleyball; and co-ed sports include competitive cheer and competitive dance." According to the navigation and content of the sports page (4), Mount Mercy now offers women's lacrosse.

IVa. Remove "45% of traditional undergrads are student-athletes." No source on current number available.

  • Why it should be changed:

Ib. To not have the page conflict with relevant information.

IIb. To not have the page conflict with relevant information.

IIIb. To have updated information.

IVb. To not have the page conflict with relevant information/information subject to change too often.
