Moving Away From Westerns[edit]

Beginning in the fall of 2007, Lonestar has abandoned most of it's western programming, relegating it to the low-viewership hours of 2:00am to 6:00pm PST (11:00am on weekends and holidays). In its place, Lonestar is showing action-oriented movies such as Speed, Ocean's 12, and There's Something About Mary. This should be added to the article, but I can't find a reference to it online anywhere. Anyone? Greg Salter (talk) 19:40, 27 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Faced with this change, in all fairness, the CRTC should let in the US equivalent, or put them on notice of licence revocation if someone else is willing to offer programming of the original character. GBC (talk) 11:27, 20 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
