No, it's not just you. The む looks very oddly sunken.

The article states that "Both hiragana and katakana are made with three strokes" but the image showing the stroke order for ム shows only two strokes. 81.170.236.9 (talk) 12:22, 9 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
