Date in language field[edit]
I'm interested why another editor adds dates to the "language" field in the infobox. The original release dates are already in the infobox, and the language is Spanish, rather than "Spanish (1999-2000)". If we want to update every "Infobox television" to be consistent then that is a huge task, and it seems to defeat the purpose of having individual variables like "language" to populate the box. Please discuss why you want to make this change, rather than repeatedly adding it without any comment in the edit.
Also note that "(1999-2000)" also has the wrong kind of dash for a date range - see Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style#Dashes for the correct type of dash. Ttwaring (talk) 15:49, 23 May 2016 (UTC)
