The article fails to explain why these streets were made multilevel. It would be reasonable to expect that info to be the core of the article, I thinkCirceus 03:23, 2 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
do any of the online map services (google maps, mapquest, etc) offer street level views of the lower levels of these streets? I've tried and even when the address specifies "lower michigan ave." for example, I only get the upper level.
