removed POV[edit]

while I endorse that the Delhi metro is indeed a role model, the fact that it is a role model for Mumbai metro is the only relevant piece of information required here. Whether it is a role model for other metros around the worls is not only irrelevant but also a little premature.

progress[edit]

there is no progress, the project seems to be a farce so far. the much touted delhi metro has also reported massive losses—Preceding unsigned comment added by 192.18.17.40 (talk) 06:33, 5 January 2009 Hi I like the name Mumbai's Monorail. But I am a hard core mumbaikar. I would rather call the project "Dhoomorail". I would find that word more suitable and by implimenting the name "Dhoomorail" more youngers will have joy to go to work and return daily. Please demolish all the skywalks cuz no one uses it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.252.20.254 (talk) 13:54, 10 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Merge[edit]

I suggest merging, as there is absolutely no point in that article being standalone. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 09:15, 26 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I support merging of that one with Mumbai metro!! Somebody can rewrite it properly! Bharathmeister (talk) 09:23, 26 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Update maps[edit]

Someone needs to update the route map to reflect the fact that Line 2 now goes from Colaba to SEEPZ via CSIA and is completely u/g. Currently, the route map shows line 2 to be u/g only upto Mahalaxmi and ends at Bandra. The text stands corrected at this time. Pizzadeliveryboy (talk) 16:33, 25 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Blacklisted Links Found on the Main Page[edit]

Cyberbot II has detected that page contains external links that have either been globally or locally blacklisted. Links tend to be blacklisted because they have a history of being spammed, or are highly innappropriate for Wikipedia. This, however, doesn't necessarily mean it's spam, or not a good link. If the link is a good link, you may wish to request whitelisting by going to the request page for whitelisting. If you feel the link being caught by the blacklist is a false positive, or no longer needed on the blacklist, you may request the regex be removed or altered at the blacklist request page. If the link is blacklisted globally and you feel the above applies you may request to whitelist it using the before mentioned request page, or request its removal, or alteration, at the request page on meta. When requesting whitelisting, be sure to supply the link to be whitelisted and wrap the link in nowiki tags. The whitelisting process can take its time so once a request has been filled out, you may set the invisible parameter on the tag to true. Please be aware that the bot will replace removed tags, and will remove misplaced tags regularly.

"Record"[edit]

This is pretty much useless information as neither the text or the source says what the record is actually for. --NeilN talk to me 03:17, 12 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

There remains an eye-watering level of useless detail in this article and each of the articles for the individual lines. It's filled with 100 word sentences to tell the reader every time some contractor farted over the 10 year project history Dreameditsbrooklyn (talk) 13:30, 26 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Adding Mumbai Metro Line info (Image)[edit]

The following is the best image available on the lines, connection with suburban rail, and the operational status. However the image is outdated. It would be a good addition to the full network map. I tried editing it myself, but I'm not adept at Illustrator or Inkscape and ruined it more often. If anyone can, it would be nice.
