In anticipation of possible suggestions that this be merged into National Socialist Underground murders, where Enver Şimşek is already mentioned, I would argue that there is sufficient notable material focused on specifically on the murder of Şimşek, such as the book by his daughter detailing her interactions with the investigation into the NSU murders and all the attendant controversy surrounding the efforts to commemorate him, e.g. the destruction of memorial trees, benches, etc. in Zwickau. (I also feel that Şimşek is as deserving of an article as any crime victim, but that is less likely to persuade anyone.) --Saforrest (talk) 10:37, 21 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
