I propose moving this article to "Murder of Surjit Athwal"; this would bring it in line with other similar articles, whereby the notability is established by the event, as opposed to the individual - such as Murder of Banaz Mahmod, Murder of Shafilea Ahmed, Murder of Tulay Goren etc. Comments appreciated.
