"Maximum depth"[edit]

The article says, "...and has a maximum depth of 9 feet (2.7 m)."

Although people should certainly not use Wikipedia for actual navigation, we often use it for planning. The maximum depth or the canal is not interesting -- readers need to see the minimum depth.
