Charges of Sexual Assault Thrown Out?[edit]

If this is true the section under "Allegation of sexual assault" should be so modified to show Perrineau's charges were rejected by the L.A. District Attorney's office. A search as of July 25th, 2018 shows no evidence Perrineau's charges against Miller have be rejected for prosecution and for this reason the edit stating, "charges thrown out" was reverted. 199.227.97.254 (talk) 22:52, 25 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

What’s true is that the victim passed a lie detector test, and the LAPD found enough evidence to take the case to the DA for filing charge consideration. What is also true is that the statute of limitations on the rape of a minor was up. 76.174.145.72 (talk) 19:58, 18 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Lena Dunham Backtracks on Support[edit]

In the Hollywood Reporter issue, Lena Dunham apologizes to Murray Millers victim, and States “Murray’s story twisted and changed to ultimately mean nothing at all”.

millers attorneys also had to retract their initial statement. They originally lied, and stated that the victim asked for money, and had to retract very publicly and state, “the victim never at any time demanded money, ever.” 76.174.145.72 (talk) 03:47, 30 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
