Merge Discussion[edit]

This should not even be taking place! They are two separate buildings with different agendas!--Varing (talk) 17:09, 14 May 2011 (UTC) Separate articles in French and German.--Varing (talk) 17:14, 14 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Having separate building do not make a difference. There are many buildings which house more than one organization and there are many organizations spread in several buildings.Having French and German articles is not a argument acc. to WP:OSE.
Musée de la civilisation runs Musée de l'Amérique française. and yet from there website, it seems like they demands not to be in separate article. Anyway, In Musée de la civilisation notion of its two subsidiaries must be included.
Anyway this merge discussion has been a attempt to improve Wikipedia only. If any other editor (someone else than Varing and nafSadh) think that, the discussion on merge is invalid or unnecessary, s/he might remove the tags immediately and put a simple note here in this discussion.
I've added a section header for better reading.

I have removed the tag because these two museums are really separate and not linked to each other in any way. In order to save money, the Government of Québec placed them under the same administration. Thank You!--Mont-Joli (talk) 20:59, 25 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

2014 fire.[edit]

Is it worth putting something about a fire that happened on Sept 15th to the museum?
