I have raised the importance of this article since Musa Kazim was the leader of the Palestinian nationalist movement for over ten years. There must be more about his Ottoman career. I have not found any summary/analysis of his overall leadership: but it would appears to have been consistently moderate, restraining radical/mass action - while faced with total refusal to acknowledge the movement by the British.
