Merging with Homestuck[edit]

Perhaps consider merging Music of Homestuck with Homestuck for WP:NOTABILITY reasons? In addition, music of a game or movie is usually inserted under a Music section of the article. Barzamin (talk) 15:25, 9 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

We'd have to get rid of the list of albums, and even then I'd think merging all the information here into Homestuck would result in a lot of undue weight, unless you trim a lot of the information. I think that would be a shame, as it's interesting information. As for the notability: we have aen entire Daily Dot article dedicated to Homestuck music, a Huffington Post article on filk music for the webcomic, a good portion of an article by The Fader on Homestuck music, mentions of the soundtrack by The Observer, and it's a significant part of the background of Toby Fox. I don't think it's fair to say that the music of Homestuck isn't notable, as there's quite a lot of reliable sources discussing it. ~Mable (chat) 18:51, 9 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Should Megalovania still redirect here?[edit]

Well, this is the only article that mentions the song itself. Otherwise, the redirect should probably just be deleted. I deliberately didn't create the redirect before, as I don't think it has much purpose. Actually, that's not true: the song is also mentioned once in the Undertale article. Either way, I don't think it matters much. The best course of action may be to delete the redirect, as it suggest that there is some detailed content to be found about the song (which there isn't), but changing the redirect wouldn't matter much. This very article links the song to Undertale and the Undertale article links the song to Homestuck. ~Mable (chat) 12:02, 20 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Origins of Megalovania[edit]

The UT wiki also cites "The Making of Radiation's Halloween Hack" as a source document explaining Megalovania, but I'm not able to find information about the document except for scattered references...
