Since I can already see this being a debate, as per WP:SINGLESCRIT, "My House" is a single and not a promotional single:

The song was referred to as a single by an authoritative, music-oriented media outlet (e.g., Billboard)
The song was released commercially independent of an album
The song was serviced to radio stations with an official add date (e.g. EarOne)
The song was referred to as a single by the record label releasing it (above source is a release from Sony Music Italy referring to it as a single)
