Deleting erroneous mention of A+ rating by Entertainment Weekly.

The Internet Movie Database mentions an A+ rating by Entertainment Weekly (My Left Foot: The Story of Christy Brown (1989) – Trivia - www.imdb.com/title/tt0097937/trivia). However, the magazine’s review, dated 15 June 1990 and written by Tim Appelo, gives the rating as A (My Left Foot | Video Review | Entertainment Weekly - www.ew.com/ew/article/0,,317592,00.html).72.231.12.247 20:34, 28 August 2007 (UTC)

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Second-best Irish movie of all time

In 2005 it was voted the second-best Irish movie of all time, behind The Commitments. [1]

Removed this as the link no longer works. If it is to be put back some context would be necessary- voted by who? Personally I would think there are a fair few better Irish films than these two, including others by Sheridan (IMDB would agree.) -- Blorg (talk) 12:13, 25 February 2008 (UTC)

False Statement

"It tells the story of Christy Brown, an Irishman born with cerebral palsy, who could only move his left foot."

This is wrong. In the movie he can also move his arms, mouth, head, other foot, and eye lids. TripOnMyShip (talk) 20:13, 1 July 2008 (UTC)

My Left Foot (film) → My Left Foot – This is the primary topic in a WP:TWODABS situation, as the film is more prominent than the only other ambiguously-titled article, My Left Foot (book). The film article was viewed 48,385 times in the last 90 days, compared to 5856 for the book. The disambiguation page was visited 1615 times. While the book is quite well known, the film is more so. For instance, it won 2 Oscars and was nominated for 3 more and a slew of other awards. It's worth noting that the film isn't a straight-up adaptation of the book; despite the name it also takes material from other of Brown's works and life story; he is depicted working on and publishing the book My Left Foot in the film. The book will be found just as easily through a hat note as through a dab page; the dab page should be usurped and/or moved. Cúchullain t/c 21:56, 16 December 2013 (UTC)

Completely unsourced awards sect about BLPs

I've asked at WP:BLPN whether it's appropriate to add back a completely unsourced awards sect, with info about WP:BLPs.

Please don't add back unsourced info to this article, especially not until that's resolved regarding the unreferenced info about WP:BLPs.
