I'm very surprise to see that Paddy Simcox had tagged this article as "not notable. It is blatant advertising for a company, product, group, service or person that would require a substantial rewrite in order to become an encyclopedia article". Yes, this article needs to be expanded (and I'll do), but a concert tour by a notable artist is not notable ? It is an advertising ? Moreover, sources in this article are not affilied with the subject, contrary to what Paddy Simcox thinks ("Page only has artist's own website for source"). Mylène Farmer doesn't have an official website, and current sources are taken from newspaper articles available online, independant websites, a book by an author not related to Farmer, and a magazine. And many other sources can be added (there are numerous books on Mylène Farmer in France (see Mylène Farmer#Bibliography) which analyze her work including her concert tours).
