I am requesting an addition to this statement. Prior to General Electric's creation of NBCUniversal by its merging of its broadcasting subsidiary, National Broadcasting Company, with Vivendi's Vivendi Universal (Entertainment), its contribution was operating as National Broadcasting Company, Inc. National Broadcasting Company, Inc. was the operating company for NBC pre-NBCUniversal merger, much like how CBS Broadcasting, Inc. is the operating company for CBS. So, I am requesting that National Broadcasting Company, Inc. be added to the list of NBCUniversal/, Inc.'s prior brandings.
