To be honest I'm kind of dubious about the 350 femtomolar affinity cited in the literature, its just so much higher than any normal ligand (with the exception of avidin-biotin of course) that it is the kind of claim that really calls for independent confirmation. Neutral Antagonism[edit]

This compound is not truly a neutral antagonist. The authors did not check whether their assay could actually detect inverse agonism, and a later study by Finlay et al. (DOI: 10.1002/prp2.901) showed that NESS-0327 is also an inverse agonist, like Rimonabant. 121.98.26.214 (talk) 03:04, 23 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
