The problem with using an English name for it, is the imprecision. Thai radish soup could be one of several dishes that vary from one another in subtle ways: tom/kaeng chuet hua chai thao, tom kraduk mu hua chai thao, or nam sup (hua chai thao). That's why I changed it to the transcription provided by the original writer. But in my opinion, this stub isn't worth a separate article and could easily be incorporated into an entry in the list of Thai dishes. - Takeaway (talk) 05:43, 19 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
What's also strange about how the article was originally written, is that it talked on the one hand about nam sup (what you get with khao man kai etc.) but then gives you a link to tom chuet kraduk mu, a stew-like dish to be eaten with other dishes in a meal. The name nam kaeng hua chai thao also doesn't seem to be used all that much in Thailand, as most people would call it tom/kaeng chuet hua chai thao. - Takeaway (talk) 12:32, 19 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I won't oppose either. I don't personally think of this as a distinct dish worthy of an article by itself. As for the title, I agree that it seems unnatural to use น้ำแกง to refer to the soup. น้ำ implies that it's only the liquid part of the broth that's being discussed rather than the entire dish. --Paul_012 (talk) 16:38, 21 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
