Copyvio issue[edit]

Borrowing a few words that describes her, her occupation and a list of her accomplishments shouldn't be considered a copyvio. It's not the facts of her occupation and list of accomplishments that are the problem, it's how those facts are arranged. I would recommend that you read WP:PARAPHRASE and WP:FAQ/Copyright#Derivative works if you desire a further explanation of why this is still a problem even though it's not a complete copy/paste from the source. 22:04, 29 April 2010 (UTC)

I never wanted the page deleted, I wanted it to not violate anyone's copyright. Thank you for rewriting it. As far as me learning how to rewrite extensively, well...I think every little girl should have her very own pony, and that's probably just as likely. Timeline?[edit]

Louis Dupree died, I think of lung cancer, in 1989, before the civil war began. I'm quite certain Nancy Dupree did not stay during the Civil War (1992-2001). There was not much of a foreign presence in Afghanistan during that time.David Straub (talk) 01:06, 20 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
