- I have done a minor copyedit; feel free to discuss any changes you might disagree with.
- "balanced pair...threads of story" I think semicolons would be better than commas here. Also for the body.
- "the "Nation's best-loved book." You should mention where the survey was conducted.
- "and the two supported each other" would be better as "and that the two support each other"
- "inevitability of loss...fade" this is confusing, it needs a colon somewhere in there
- The images are all licensed and used correctly.
- The references are all reliable and formatted correctly.
