neighborhood stuff[edit]

I fail to see the sourcing or the usefulness of the asterisking of several places in this article, added in this diff by Polaron. It seems to be about postal mailing addresses for places. I currently believe the Winchester town identifier, with no qualifying asterisk, is accurate.
